Dear Madam or Sir,

__I am Li Ming. I am writing to complain about the travel service. Because the travel feeling is unpleasant.

__Here are the reasons. First and foremost, the room of the hotel is awful, specially the washroom. What is worse, the food is also disgusting. Last but not least, the transport that the travel agency served is not convenient, and the guide has a rude attitude.

__All in all, I would like to suggest that you should select a good hotel, make the food appetizing, make a transport plan in advance and improve guide capacity. Thank you!

I am writing to complain to you about a most unpleasant experience. The service your travel agency offered made me disappointed.

From the beginning, you booked such a bad hotel that I couldn't fall asleep during the night. What was worse, the food, which the hotel provided, was not fresh enough and it cost me much money. Last but not least, it took me almost three hours from the hotel to the scenic spots, which wasted a lot of time.

I suggest that you look into this matter at once, deal with it properly and make up for my losses.
